Our mission is to preserve African Traditions through Arts and Education as we celebrate youth and adults in Rights of Passage. -Researching & documenting tradition with film/documentary -Exhibits;lecture/demonstrations; -Teaching & class instruction in African dance, music, etc. -Representing various artists as well cultural arts -Rites of Passage -ResidenciesCamara Arts empower individuals & artists, bring people together in community, and therefore helping people to achieve freedom. In the global market we aspire to develop & market programs that serve youth, artists, community, and contribute to the preservation of African arts. We are committed to pass on on those ancient healing arts for the upliftment and development of youth, community, and cultural exchange.
